1. 停(ting)电操作(zuo)顺序
1) 跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi)水平(ping)排列且有风(feng)时(shi),停电(dian)操(cao)作应逆风(feng)向进行,先(xian)拉开下(xia)风(feng)侧(ce)边(bian)(bian)相(xiang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi),再拉开中相(xiang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi),.后拉开上(shang)风(feng)侧(ce)边(bian)(bian)相(xiang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi)。当(dang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi)水平(ping)排列而无风(feng)时(shi),停电(dian)操(cao)作应先(xian)拉开中相(xiang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi),后拉开左右(you)边(bian)(bian)相(xiang)跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断(duan)器(qi)(qi)。

2. 送电操作顺序
跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器无(wu)论三(san)角(jiao)排列或(huo)水平排列,送电操作均应(ying)先(xian)合中相跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器,再(zai)合两边跌(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器。
3. 用跌落式熔断器(qi)停、送分支线路及变压器(qi)操作顺序
1) 配(pei)(pei)电(dian)变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器(qi)停运操作。首(shou)先拉开变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器(qi)低(di)压(ya)侧空气断(duan)路器(qi)或低(di)压(ya)熔断(duan)器(qi),停运配(pei)(pei)电(dian)变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器(qi)低(di)压(ya)负荷,再拉开配(pei)(pei)电(dian)变(bian)(bian)压(ya)器(qi)高压(ya)侧跌落式熔断(duan)器(qi)。
2) 配电(dian)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)投运操作。首先合上(shang)配电(dian)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)高压(ya)侧跌落式(shi)熔断器(qi),再合上(shang)变(bian)压(ya)器(qi)低压(ya)侧空(kong)气断路(lu)器(qi)或(huo)低压(ya)熔断器(qi)。
3) 分支(zhi)线跌(die)(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔断器(qi)停(ting)(ting)运操(cao)(cao)作。操(cao)(cao)作人员按单(dan)台配电变(bian)压器(qi)停(ting)(ting)运操(cao)(cao)作顺序进行操(cao)(cao)作,将分支(zhi)线上(shang)的配电变(bian)压器(qi)逐台停(ting)(ting)运,.后拉(la)开控制分支(zhi)线的跌(die)(die)落(luo)式(shi)熔断器(qi),取下熔丝管。送电程序与(yu)此相反(fan)。
跌落式熔断器的操作要(yao)求
操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)跌(die)(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器(qi)至少应(ying)由两(liang)人进行,为了保证操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人员的(de)安全(quan),在操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)跌(die)(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器(qi)时(shi),应(ying)使用与(yu)线路额定(ding)电(dian)压(ya)相(xiang)符、并经试验(yan)合(he)格(ge)的(de)绝缘(yuan)棒,操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人员应(ying)戴绝缘(yuan)手套。雨天操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)时(shi),为满(man)足绝缘(yuan)要求,应(ying)使用带有防(fang)雨罩(zhao)的(de)绝缘(yuan)棒。带负荷拉、合(he)跌(die)(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器(qi)时(shi)会产(chan)生电(dian)弧,负荷电(dian)流越(yue)大电(dian)弧也越(yue)大,所以(yi)在操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)100kVA以(yi)上容量变压(ya)器(qi)的(de)跌(die)(die)落式(shi)熔(rong)断器(qi)前(qian)应(ying)先将低(di)压(ya)侧负荷断开。
